What if I want a custom design?

 If you have a special request,  you may send an e-mail inquiry.  Gail J Designs will try to respond within 2-3 business days.

What is your shipping method?

I ship all of my pieces USPS Priority. All of our pieces are fully insured while in transit.
 

Do you ship internationally?

I use USPS Priority which takes approximately 3-15 business days, depending on the destination country. The pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country.
 

What is your return policy?

All Special Order pieces are a Final Sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Gail J Designs gladly accepts returns on damaged items within two weeks of order delivery for an exchange or a full refund. All merchandise must photographed and be in its original packaging and in its original condition.
